The quality is so-so. But I think it's worth trying.
It's okay compared to the price.
I just used it and they didn't fit well, but they broke on me...
Quality not solid
the first 5 minutes and one rubber broke, it doesn't last at all
Fantastic!

Delivery by Ukrposhta takes two weeks. Packed in a polyethylene bag. On the green one, there is no spring in one of the carabiners.
Great, it comes like a sheet with exercises. Great for training at home
I have received the package, thank you to the seller for the item, it is as described.
The quality is bad. All rubber bands have the same strength and differ only in color. The length is also short - 1 meter. They stretch a little and don't stretch further, it feels like they might burst. Delivery is very fast, 2 weeks.
the product corresponds to the cheap price
The hook broken after i used it for a free time.
very poor material, when I made it, I pressed my bicep with my foot and it stretched and the rubber band didn't tighten.
Excellent
