Thank you for shopping with PowerFitness! Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Customer Satisfaction: We want you to be 100% satisfied with your fitness and recovery products. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused, in original packaging, and in good condition.

Eligibility: Massage guns, foam rollers, resistance bands, and other fitness gear are eligible for return unless used or damaged. Certain personal care and hygiene items cannot be returned.

Return Process: Email abrar.muhammad86@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges: If you prefer, we can replace your product instead of refunding.
