It holds my waist well. I used medical devices before, but compared to them, this one is half the price and has strong grip, so I like it. The previous medical device had one thick support and two thin ones, but this one has four thin supports. There's also a mesh pocket on the back, so putting a hot pack in it on cold days is really great.

Delivery to the Qingyao post office took 12 days. The material quality is good, and the size chart matches the description. However, the back support belt is narrow, and there is no noticeable support at all; if it holds anything, it's only the belly. I think it's a good option for women, but for larger men it feels a bit like a toy.
