The HOT-MASSAGE-TRACTION version actually does VIBRATIONS - INFLATION - HOT.
Modes of use: a) a single selected action repeated, or b) a cycle of the 3 actions one after the other.
With this version, the intensity of the actions is NOT adjustable. Or they are all excessive.
Contraindications indicated on the product label but not on the sales webpage (!) :
"This product is not suitable for individuals with hypertension or diabetes."
VIBRATIONS: ...very strong, transmitted to the head => better not to have cerebral vascular fragility! INFLATION: the internal cushion becomes so hard when inflated that the entire weight of the head rests as if on a large ball on a single cervical vertebra. It's painful. HEATING: up to 45 ° C (for 17 ° C in the room), on the verge of burning.
It is impossible for me -- and for other people I could have given it to -- to use this device. I have to send it back.

Do not buy this unless you are willing to accept that it requires to be powered constantly with your own usb c cable and charger (not included). it is not a "wireless & battery-less" product as shown in the pictures. tried to return the product because i wanted a massager that can operate with an internal lithium-ion so i can bring it around and not get stuck to the wall plug but the customer service refused my request even though returns and refunds are eligible. so buyer beware!

The delivery was fast. As for the product, it works wonderfully, not as I expected, but its features are much better. The only drawback is that it needs to be connected to a charger and generates high heat when the massage period is long. Other than that, it massages like chairs in shopping malls, but only in the neck area and with a medical pillow. I recommend it as a gift for the elderly.

Headphones for scale, not included. Had strong chemical smell that got stronger when it heated out of the bag, but it seems to have mostly faded with use.
There's tidy zippers on the covers, memory foam underneath, but the controls and airbag are glued to the upholstery, so they can't really be removed for cleaning and best to leave the zippers untouched.
The massage is strong vibration, traction is airbag inflating several times right on top of the neck rest; i find it bit sharp/uncomfortable, and as it tilts the head back don't expect to use phone at the same time. Both vibration & inflation are noisy, earbuds with calm meditative music or alpha waves helps.
Overall it does what it says, though for more relaxing effect consider the one without 'traction', it use just the vibration setting, as traction can't be individually disabled.
